These Terms govern your use of Thirty6. We believe in total transparency: talking to your AI matchmaker and receiving biodatas is always free; fees apply only when both families say yes.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thirty6 regarding your access to and use of our website and our WhatsApp-based AI matchmaking service.
By starting a conversation with your AI matchmaker on WhatsApp or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
Thirty6 is a curated matchmaking service that finds life partner matches for you via WhatsApp. Unlike profile databases that you search yourself, Thirty6 uses conversational artificial intelligence to understand your family preferences and delivers matching biodatas directly to you.
We do not promise a specific volume or frequency of matches. We share biodatas only when they truly meet your exact preferences; in some periods, there may be fewer matches as we prioritize quality and relevance over volume.
3. Eligibility and authentic representation
To use Thirty6, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be legally eligible for marriage under applicable Indian law (minimum 18 years for females, 21 years for males).
- Be seeking matrimonial alliance for yourself or an immediate family member (son, daughter, sibling, relative).
- Provide truthful, verifiable, and accurate biodata credentials and recent photographs.
4. Fee structure and the "Don’t pay for hope" commitment
Thirty6 is built around our core promise: Don’t pay for hope.
- Free conversation and browsing: Talking to your AI matchmaker, registering preferences, and receiving matching biodatas is free forever.
- Fee only on mutual consent: You pay a fee only when a family is already interested in you and you both confirm you wish to speak. You never pay to reach someone cold.
- No locking plans: Thirty6 does not lock you into multi-month subscription plans, long-term contracts, or recurring auto-debit billing.
5. Privacy and mutual consent standards
Thirty6 never discloses mobile numbers without mutual affirmative consent. Contact details are released only when both families have reviewed biodatas and explicitly stated yes. Attempting to harvest numbers or bypass mutual verification is strictly prohibited.
6. User conduct and communication guidelines
Users are required to engage with mutual respect and integrity when introduced to matched families. Harassment, deceptive impersonation, commercial solicitation, or abusive communication will result in immediate termination of service and permanent blacklisting.
7. Limitation of liability and background verification
Thirty6 acts as an algorithmic matchmaking facilitator. While we enforce strict verification standards, families are strongly advised to conduct independent, customary family verification and personal diligence before finalizing matrimonial commitments. Thirty6 is not liable for interpersonal disputes arising between connected families.
