At Thirty6, we understand that matchmaking involves deeply personal family information. Our fundamental principle is simple: your number is not for sale.
Unlike traditional matrimony sites where paying subscribers can freely browse and view your phone number, on Thirty6 your contact information is never displayed publicly and is never shared without your explicit consent.
2. The signature rule: when you both say yes
We share your contact details and connect families only when you both say yes.
Your AI matchmaker sends curated biodatas to you confidentially via WhatsApp. If you are interested in a biodata, we verify interest with the other family. Only when both families have reviewed the biodatas and confirmed they want to speak do we provide contact introductions. You never pay to reach someone cold, and no one can reach you cold.
3. What information we collect
To provide accurate, exact-matching matchmaking, we collect only what you share with us:
- Contact Details: Your name and WhatsApp mobile number.
- Partner Preferences: Criteria including age, community, education, profession, joint family preferences, and lifestyle habits.
- Biodata Information: Traditional family biodata documents and photographs provided directly by you.
- Conversational Guidance: Preferences and feedback you share while chatting with your AI matchmaker.
4. How we use your information
We use your information exclusively to provide our matchmaking service:
- Conducting daily algorithmic searches to find biodatas matching your exact criteria.
- Sending recommended biodatas directly to your private WhatsApp chat.
- Managing mutual introduction requests between interested families.
- Improving matchmaking accuracy based on your feedback.
We never sell, lease, or monetize your data with advertisers, third-party data brokers, or marketing networks.
5. Data retention and your right to delete
You retain full ownership of your data at all times. If you have found your life partner or wish to take a break from your search, you can simply message your AI matchmaker on WhatsApp and request profile deactivation.
Upon request, we immediately pause all active searches and permanently purge your biodata and photographs from our active screening systems within 48 hours.
6. Security measures
All communications and biodata exchanges on Thirty6 are encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport layer security (TLS) protocols. Access to profile databases is restricted to authorized operational systems with multi-factor authentication.
